Rotoscope Project: The Beginning Stage

"His body began to squirm with fright and he plopped down and started to turn into a worm."
This is my very animated actor, Josh playing the role of Jeremy.  Thanks Josh for your awesome help and acting!

For the background I envisioned a tetris layout, and from this I want it to rapidly flicker back in forth from color to it's inverted color as if it were representing this chaotic terror of worm transformation.  Because there is going to be a lot of movement from the actor's transformation I want to keep the figure solid and rather simple and use detail though facial outlines for emphasis of the expression of fright.  Jeremy's (Josh) shirt will be pink as he eventually turns into a pink worm with a head sweatband on.

Here is a shot of Josh acting as if were a frightened and confused worm who just plopped down.

The backgrounf is suppose to be inverted negative color and this is Jeremy (Josh) as a worm.  I want to keep the same facial expression of a human to the worm figure.

I have started doing my outline, but I'm still foreign to my tablet, so I'm getting use to using it and have made acquaintances with the "Step Backwards" keys. Progress!
